Joined the Azure PaaS team as a Support Engineer for the ARM product.

Joined the company’s graduate program as a CRM Javascript Developer and progressed to a Front-End Developer role after being positively reviewed for work performed on a Housing Solution.

Moved from Madeira Island to Porto to study Electrical and Computer Engineering. After 2018, specialized in Telecommunications, Computers and Electronics - Multimedia and Communications. In 2021 delivered An Analysis of Performance Recipes in C Applications, where I describe the impact of code refactoring techniques in the execution time, energy consumption and cache efficiency of C benchmarks and proposed automated scripts, written in LARA and ran in Clava, to apply said refactoring techniques.

Upon joining Microsoft, I took the chance to become certified in Azure core concepts.

Took this course when I wondered how APIs come to be - how data can be exchanged at given endpoints and where it could be stored. Learned about MongoDB and Express.js to complete my MEVN tech stack.

My learning path on Web Development started here, when I became interested in learning markup, styling and Javascript to create the first version of this Portfolio. This course taught me the fundamentals of these languages, as well as the concepts of JSON, JQuery and AJAX.
